  • Coordinator of Accounts Receivable/Administration

    Full-time position

    This position is responsible for processing receivables and monitoring payments, processing payroll and managing the Human Resources website; as well as providing support and serving as back up to the Director, Finance & Administration.

    Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or three to five years of experience in the accounting and data entry with small business accounting database (Sage 50, Quickbooks). Strong knowledge of accounting principles and database management. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Reliable, organized and works with high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. Requires limited supervision to plan and accomplish goals. Must be able to work independently, with limited supervision.
