  • Manager, Member Support

    Full-time position

    EPCOR is looking for an ambitious, detail oriented, member focused individual to fill the role of Manager, Member Support. This position will be a primary contact for responding to member questions an providing expert advice regarding payment systems rules and regulations and association programs and services. In addition, this position will input education offerings, publications and tools in the appropriate system for purchase.

    Our ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with ten years of experience in the financial services industry, comprehensive knowledge of emerging payments, three or more years of public presenter or training experience. This person also must have terrific written and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize, strong attention to detail, reliable and organized. Demonstrating a hunger to deliver excellent results and continuously improve, being able to focus on the success of the team over individual success and wanting to foster positive and productive working relationships with teammates and our members is necessary.

  • Manager, Payments Education

    Full-time position

    EPCOR is looking for an ambitious, detail oriented, member focused individual to fill the role of Manager, Payments Education-Learning and Development. This position will educate financial institutes on anything payments related. The person in this position will be providing relevant education, information, and support to assist members and their staff in understanding fraud and payment systems, including emerging payments, ACH, checks/image, cards, wires and payment rules and regulations.

    Our ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience with at least three years of experience in the financial services industry, two years of public presenting or training experience and a comprehensive knowledge of payments system rules, regulations and trends. This person also must have terrific written and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize, strong attention to detail, reliable and organized. Demonstrating a hunger to deliver excellent results and continuously improve, being able to focus on the success of the team over individual success and wanting to foster positive and productive working relationships with teammates and our members is necessary.
