  • Director, Payments Education

    Full-time position

    We are looking for an individual who has a keen interest in payments solutions to fill our roll of Director, Payments Education. This position has primary responsibility for managing timely and relevant education, information, and support to assist members and staff in understanding the payments system, including ACH, checks/image, cards, and wires. This will be accomplished by planning, developing, and executing programs and services including in-person seminars, webinars, publications/learning tools, and flex training designed to meet the ongoing education needs of the members and staff, as well as contributing related subject matter to EPCOR member communications, and providing phone/email support to members to aid them in understanding and interpreting payments system rules and regulations. This position also serves as a primary trainer.

    Our ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with seven years of experience in the financial services industry, comprehensive knowledge of ACH, card, wire and check payments, three or more years of public presenter or training experience. This person also must have terrific written and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize, strong attention to detail, reliable and organized. Demonstrating a hunger to deliver excellent results and continuously improve, being able to focus on the success of the team over individual success and wanting to foster positive and productive working relationships with teammates and our members is necessary.
