As ACH origination fraud continues to rise, Nacha has addressed the issue with various changes to the ACH Rules taking effect 2024 through 2026. Within this session, we'll discuss the new rules that require ODFIs and Originators to create risk-based processes and procedures reasonably intended to identify ACH entries initiated due to fraud along with analyzing best practices to mitigate the risk of various fraud types.
