Debit Cards - Can You Charge It Back?

Various tools have been advertised throughout the years to reduce fraud, such as EMV chips or 3D secure programs, yet many of these seem to be protections for Merchants on the card network. When financial institutions have unauthorized claims made by their cardholders, they are finding difficulty charging (or returning) debit card transactions back to Merchants because of the rules in place. Within this session, Diana Kern of Shazam will be on hand to provide her expertise on best practices and methods to successful charge something back to a merchant for debit card transactions.
