Has your financial institution ever had to file a check breach of warranty claim with a Depositary Institution? How many of you have ever had your claim denied for one reason or another. Join us to learn how to properly submit warranty claims, what documentation a Depositary Institution can ask for and when a claim can be denied. We will work through scenarios to determine if a breach of warranty claim was handled appropriately.
