This intermediate course explains the transaction limitation requirements outlined in Regulation D and the consequences of exceeding the prescribed limit. Learn which types of transactions are impacted, how to identify them and what steps to take when the limit is exceeded. Considerations for developing or evaluating non-compliance procedures will also be covered. Regulation D 101: Purpose & Scope and Regulation D 102: Transaction vs. Non-Transaction Accounts are recommended as a pre-requisite to this course. The courses in this Regulation D curriculum may be utilized as part of your financial institution's annual training.
