EPCOR offers a wide variety of training on payments, risk and fraud topics in different formats to best meet your educational needs.

  Classroom Learning Events provide in-depth highly interactive information on a wide variety of payment systems, risk and fraud topics. The opportunity to ask questions, request clarification or explanation when needed, and the face-to-face experience with a knowledgeable instructor will help attendees better understand the material and concepts presented.
 

Online Learning Events are instructor-led webinars that provide focused information on specific topics. Designed to provide a collaborative and interactive learning experience, participants are able to focus their attention on a specific subject for 60 to 90 minutes.  This is a great way to obtain the knowledge and information needed in a short timeframe without time away from the office or travel.

Computer Based Learning is available 24/7 giving participants

maximum flexibility to learn at any time of the day or night where there is a computer and Internet access.  You are in control with the ability to start, stop and complete courses as your schedule permits.
  Conferences and Special Events offer attendees an opportunity to learn from nationally recognized speakers addressing a variety of payments and risk related topics.  Frequently presented in a multi-day format these events offer participants a conference style experience in accessible, cost-effective locations in the central United States. 
  Flex Training - EPCOR members have the option of obtaining personalized, customized training scheduled to meet the needs of their organization.  Customized training allows for focused training on content you determine, at times and locations convenient to your team.  These training opportunities are an ideal way to educate any number of your employees and can be conducted on-site or via a webinar or webcast.

Maximize your training budget by joining the EPCOR Education Club.  Training is an important investment in your staff and helps your organization maintain compliance, improve operational processes and mitigate risk and fraud. 

AAP Certification

An Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) on your team will help your organization with the expertise needed to plan payments strategies and manage payment services, an essential role in day-to-day operations.  Every financial institution should seriously consider having at least one individual on staff who is an AAP.   The AAP credential communicates experience and knowledge regarding the ACH payments industry.   

Continuing Education Credits

EPCOR’s education programs offer participants continuing education credits for Accredited ACH Professional (AAP). Continuing education credits may also be available through other professional accreditation programs. It is the responsibility of the participant to submit requests for continuing education credits to the appropriate organization.
